2 tbsp achiote paste
4 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin,
3 (8-ounce) beef fillets
8 (6-ounce) flour tortillas, warmed
Salt and pepper
KANKUN® Mexican Habanero Sauce
Mix the achiote, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the beef and coat with the marinade
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours
Preheat grill, brush the beef with vegetable oil and grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium-well.
Serve on top of the tortillas, top up with tomato, onion, cheese and avocado
