Ingredients

A Good size of Kale, A handful of alfalfa sprouts or any other kind. Hand full of cut Cherry tomatoes,1 Avocado sliced , Seed Mix (optional)

Dressing: 1/4 Tahini raw , 1/2 cashews – soaked (3-4 hours) ,1 tsp of lime juice, 1 tsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of coriander, 2 tsp of B maple syrup, 1 tsp of cumin,1 tsp bottle of KANKUN® chipotle hot, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation :

Mix all dressing ingredients in a blender adding the oil at last. In a large bowl mix well the kale with the dressing, toss the tomatoes, avocado, sprout and seeds. And enjoy a #KANKUNtastic Kale and sprout salad
