1 cup of sweet corn
1 cup of cooked green beans, each cut in half
1 cup of cooked mix beans (i.e red kidney beans, black eye beans, pea navy beans…)
1 orange or red sliced pepper
1 chopped cucumber
1 small red onion sliced
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh chives
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of mustard
1 Lettuce leaves
3 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
1-Prepare vinaigrette. Combine cider vinegar, chives, KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE and mustard in a bowl; whisk in olive oil until blended.
2-Stir cooked vegetables, pepper, cucumber and red onion into the vinaigrette, mix well.
3-Line a platter with lettuce leaves and served salad onto leaves.
