Turn your body into a fat burning machine this winter by adding heat to your daily diet as well as having fun with your workout routine.

The power of habanero chili!

Why Chilies?  When you eat Chilies you experience a burning sensation in your mouth. The feeling of being burnt comes from a chemical contained in chili peppers called Capsaicin. Some studies have shown that when  “this chemical enters the body adrenaline is released into the bloodstream causing the breakdown of fat to take place in the process”.

KanKun habanero sauce contains 474,000 heat units on the Scoville scale.  It is super hot and delicious, if you believe in the fat burning power of capsaicin you may want to have a regular intake. Shake it and add it to your favorite food: start your day with hot sauce by adding some to a plate of scrambled eggs;  later you might want to liven up a bowl of vegetables with hummus with a few dashes of KanKun habanero sauce; it can give your salad a bit of a punch if you mix it with light mayonnaise; or simply add it to soups and stews for a nice kick.
