TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– This prize draw is open only to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

– The prize is for the winner plus one companion travelling together

– The prize is non transferable, non refundable and have no cash value.

– Only applies to flights operated by Aeromexico.

– Valid for departure from London to Mexico.

– Both tickets must be used together on the same route and dates.

– Valid for travel during 2015.

– Airport and hotel transfer are excluded from the prize.

– Subject to availability in specific class at the time of booking, with restrictions in high season (Christmas: Dec 15-31, Summer: July 1 – August 31)

– The prize does not include food and drink, travel insurance, transfers, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.

– Any additional expenses for missing the plane or any cancellation are excluded.

– By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about KANKUN® Sauce promotions, products and news. KANKUN® Sauce complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so.

– The winner might be required to participate in publicity and photos taken during the holiday may be used by KANKUN® Sauce.

– If the Prize is not claimed within 1 week of the winner being notified, KANKUN® Sauce reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.

– Trip must be booked within 30 days from the time that prize is claimed

– The issue must be before December 15th, 2015.

– All entries must be received by 12pm (noon) on May 30th , 2015 – Entries after this time and date will not be counted.

– Winner will be drawn on May 31st, 2015 and will be announced through social media channels.
