1 egg, beaten
2 Cod or Haddock fish fillets
100 grms of breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
A portion for two of Fried chips


Dip the fish fillets in the egg and coat in breadcrumbs put them in a tray and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes.
You can season with salt, vinegar and of course KANKUN® HABANERO SAUCE
