This traditional three beans and pepper salad is a truly rainbow of color. Perfect side dish or the ideal fast and easy main dish, full of vegetable protein.  Love it!

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup of red beans
  • 1  cup of white beans
  • 1 cup of garbanzo beans
  • 3 sliced peppers (red, green, yello2)
  • Salt, olive oil, 1 lime juice
  • 2 boil eggs (or your favourite cooked- shredded protein: tuna, chicken, ham)
  • 1 bottle of jalapeno sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss well.
