Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 500 gr boneless pork roast
  3. Marinade: 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 2 tsp of honey, 4 tbsp of KANKUN® chipotle sauce, 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. 6 bread buns

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Add salt and pepper to the pork to taste. Place the pork and the marinade in a pan, make sure the pork is covered in the marinade all sides. Cover and cook slow for 6-8 hours. After cooked, shred the pork with the help of two forks. Toss in sauce and serve on bread buns.

Served with red beans and your favourite salad.
