Ingredients:
8-15 chicken drumsticks
2 cup of honey
1 lime juice
1/4 cup beer
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Spoon of KANKUN® Mexican Habanero Sauce
Marinade
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the chicken drumsticks and coat with the marinade.
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.
Method:
Grill: Heat grill to medium-high heat, lay the chicken on a baking tray, baste with the sauce occasionally until cooked for about 20 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes, flipping over half way through baking. When wings are crisped serve immediately with reserved dipping sauce.
