Ingredients
1 bottle of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
Flour Tortillas
Frying vegetable oil
Salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oil to 375 degrees. Stack tortillas and cut into strips or edges
- Add a handful of tortilla wedges at a time, turning over when golden brown.
- Remove the chips with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels while you finish the remaining batches.
- Season with salt
- Served with KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE or your favourite top up.
TOP UP (optional)
- 3 tsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
- 1 can (7-12 ounces) tuna
- 1/2 cup of Tomato, onion chopped in small pieces
- coriander
Preparation
- Combine KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE with tuna, tomato, onion and sweet prickle
- Serve with tortilla chips.
