Ingredients:
- 1-cup barley
- 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 litres of water
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2/4-cup fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 courgette, sliced
- 1 crushed tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp of KANKUN® Habanero Extra Hot or KANKUN® CHIPOTLE
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large pot, heat garlic and onions in olive oil for few minutes until soften.
Add vegetable broth and remaining ingredients including KANKUN® SAUCE and bring to a slow simmer for 45 minutes.
