Ingredients – Serves 4

6 oz of fideo (Mexican Spaghetti )
1 cup chopped onion
3 cups of chicken broth
2 garlic cloves minced
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp of KANKUN® Chipotle Sauce
3 tbsp oil
3 cups of water
Fresh coriander (cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

In a Large pan fry the fideo in oil with minced garlic, onion until the fideo/spaghetti is browned and onion is clear. Stirring often.

Add the can of chopped tomato, 3 cups of water, 3 cups of chicken broth and the 3 tbs of KANKUN® Chipotle Sauce

Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until liquid is almost evaporated.
