Serves 6 | Prep 15 minutes | Cook 20 minutes |


500g ground beef
12 cream crackers
8 springs of finely chopped parsley
1 large egg
Olive oil
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground garlic
1 tsp ground cumin seeds
salt and pepper
6 slices of cheddar cheese
6 burger buns
1 lettuce,
3 sliced tomatoes
1 sliced red onion


1-Place the crackers in a plastic bag, pound into a fine bread crumbs texture and place in a bowl.
2-Combined in a bowl all the spices, 5 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE, the mince beef, egg of salt and pepper.
3-Mix all ingredients well.
4-Divide the mixture into 6 and roll it into balls.
5-Gently squeeze down to flatter into patties.
6-Drizzle the burgers with oil, put on a plate, leave in the refrigerator to firm up for 20 minutes.
7-Preheat a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes until lightly charred.
8-Burgers can be BBQ on a medium heat flame.
9-Serve burgers with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, red onion, burger buns, cheddar cheese and KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE.
