8-10 chicken wings
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 /2 cup of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the chicken wings and coat with the marinade.
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
Grill: Heat grill to medium-high heat, and lay the wings on a baking tray, baste with the sauce occasionally until cooked for about 20 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes, flipping over half way through baking. When wings are crisped serve immediately with KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE.
