2–3 large eggs
1 tsp ground oregano
1/2 cup of Mushrooms sliced
1 small sliced onion
salt and pepper.
2- 3 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
1-Crack the eggs into a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat well with a fork.
2-Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions and mushrooms until soft for 1 minute.
3-Turn the heat down to medium.
4-Add the eggs and tilt the pan to ensure it is evenly coated.
5-When the omelette begins to cook and firm up sprinkle over the cheese.
6-Using a spatula, ease around the edges of the Omelette.
7-Add KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
8-Fold it over in half.
9-When the underside is set and golden brown remove the pan from the heat and slide the omelette onto a plate.
*Add ham, chorizo, chicken for a none veggie option.
