Serve 2 | Prep 5 minutes | Cook 15 minutes | (V)
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced
250g pasta (such us penne, spaghetti,etc)
1 small bunch of fresh basil
400g of chopped tomatoes
Olive oil, salt and pepper
4 – 5 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
1-Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add olive oil.
2-Add the garlic and fry until lightly golden.
3-Drop in most of the basil reserving some for the garnish
4-Add the tomatoes.
5-Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
6-Season with salt and pepper.
7-Cook your favourite pasta until just al dente.
8-Drain the pasta.
9-Stir the pasta into the sauce.
10-Add KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE.
11-Sprinkle with the reserved basil leaves and serve immediately.
*Add tuna, chicken or beef for a none veggie option.
