Ingredients.
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 4 filets of pork
- 1/2-inch thick
- 1 large onion, cut into pieces
- 1 cup of double cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 bottle of KANKUN chipotle sauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add pork chops; brown lightly on each side.
- Transfer chops to baking dish
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet.
- Add onions, KANKUN CHIPOTLE; cook and stir until onions are lightly browned. Distribute onions evenly over pork chops.
- Bake 20 minutes or until pork is desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, add cream to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring to release browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add salt and cilantro.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Serve over pork chops.
