Ingredients.

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • 4 filets of pork
  • 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 large onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup of double cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 bottle of KANKUN chipotle sauce

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add pork chops; brown lightly on each side.
  5. Transfer chops to baking dish
  6. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet.
  7. Add onions, KANKUN CHIPOTLE; cook and stir until onions are lightly browned. Distribute onions evenly over pork chops.
  8. Bake 20 minutes or until pork is desired doneness.
  9. Meanwhile, add cream to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring to release browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add salt and cilantro.
  10. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
  11. Serve over pork chops.
