A bowl with your favourite vegetables (peppers, courgette, onions, tomatoes etc)
3 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
3 tbsp of oil, Salt and pepper
1-Soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (this stops them burning.)
2-Thread vegetables onto the sticks
3-Mix in a bowl the oil, salt and pepper and KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE.
4-Brush with glaze.
5-Cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven or on the barbecue, brushing with any remaining glaze before serving.
