KANKUN® Hamburgers
Ingredients:
500g ground beef
12 cream crackers
8 springs of finely chopped parsley
1 large egg
Olive oil
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground garlic
1 tsp ground cumin seeds
salt and pepper
6 slices of cheddar cheese
6 burger buns
1 lettuce,
3 sliced tomatoes
1 sliced red onion
6 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
Method:
1 – Place the crackers in a plastic bag, pound into a fine bread crumbs texture and place in a bowl
2 – Combined in a bowl all the spices, 5 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE, the mince beef, egg of salt and pepper
3 – Mix all ingredients well
4 – Divide the mixture into six and roll it into balls
5 – Gently squeeze down to flatter into patties
6 – Drizzle the burgers with oil, put on a plate, leave in the refrigerator to firm up for 20 minutes
7 – Burgers can be BBQ on a medium heat flame
8 – Serve burgers with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, red onion, burger buns, cheddar cheese and KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
