- 1 beef fillet,
- 1tsp vegetable Oil
- 2 spoon of shopped coriander
- 2 small Boiled Potatoes,

Season the beef with salt and pepper grilled it in pan with oil until cooked and soft. Sliced the beef and add it to KanKun Mole pipian simmer in low heat for further 5 minutes.
